Our Civil Division was formed by bringing together a team with decades of combined experience across villas, enabling works, substructures/superstructures, and fast-track commercial fit-out civils. The people leading this division have worked on demanding programmes, complex stakeholder environments, and high-spec finishes-so we understand what it takes to coordinate, self-deliver critical activities, and manage specialist subcontractors without losing control of quality or deadlines. The result is a focused civil team built for dependable delivery: clear methodology, strong rocurement, proven site supervision, and a reputation for doing what we say we’ll do.

Handover
We close projects with the same iscipline we start them. Snagging, testing, and final quality checks are planned and driven to completion, supported by clear documentation and handover packs.

Jones Construction was formed to fill a gap we kept seeing in the market: medium scale projects needing civil delivery that is fast, organised, and dependable. Over the past few years, our work across fit-out and joinery repeatedly highlighted the same constraint—projects weren’t failing because of design or finishes, but because the civil works lacked consistent leadership, coordination, and control. That experience is what drove us to establish a dedicated Civil Division built around clear planning, accountable site management, and predictable outcomes.
To build this division properly, I brought Rickert in as my partner. With close to two decades of civil leadership behind him, he brings the kind of practical, on-the ground experience that turns plans into progress and keeps teams aligned under pressure. Together, we’ve built a delivery model that puts the best people where it matters most—on site—supported by a strong back-of-house team.
